At BringBack AI, we respect your right to control your personal data. You have the right to request full deletion of your user account and all associated personal data and images at any time.
How to Delete Your Account and Data
Method 1: Directly inside the BringBack AI App (Instant)
- Open the BringBack AI app on your Android device.
- Make sure you are signed in.
- Navigate to the Account screen (tap the Account icon or open drawer).
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm your decision in the confirmation dialog.
Once confirmed, your account, stored photographs, active jobs, credit ledger, and profile information will be permanently deleted immediately.
Method 2: Submit a Deletion Request via Email
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your account, you can request manual deletion:
Send an email to support@bringback.pro with:
- Subject: BringBack Account Deletion Request
- Body: The Google account email address associated with your BringBack AI account.
Requests sent via email will be processed within 48 hours of verification.
Types of Data Deleted vs. Retained
- Deleted Data: User profile (name, email, avatar, user ID), all uploaded source images, all restored/generated images, all AI job records, in-app credit balance, and authentication sessions are permanently and irreversibly deleted from our databases and cloud storage (Cloudflare D1 and R2).
- Retained Data: No personal or photographic data is retained after account deletion. Financial transaction receipts for consumable in-app purchases are retained only on Google Play's platform in accordance with Google Play's statutory tax and legal requirements.
- Retention Period: Immediate upon in-app deletion; within 48 hours for verified email requests.
